Marsh Romania is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our financial services corporate client portfolio based in Transylvania.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth initiatives, building relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the financial services corporate sector. This role is essential for enhancing our market presence and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our corporate clients.
We will count on you to:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
What you need to have:
Proven success in sales (B2B) with a minimum of 5 years experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in business to business environment;
Excellent understanding of Insurance industry;
Excellent written and spoken English; Native Romanian;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Time management and planning skills;
Strong connections within industries with sales potential;
Dynamic, with initiative, persuasive, team player;
Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
IT proficient, particularly in MSOffice and Salesforce.com application;
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
Driving license;
