Job Summary:
Looking for a strategic, upbeat, influential, and forward-thinking leader whose mandate will be to drive incremental growth in Middle East & Africa (MEA) aftermarket for Emerson, Final Control - Pressure Management Business Unit (PRM). Responsibility includes driving strategic programs, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the outside sales team for STO (Shutdown, Turnaround, Outages) pursuits, installed base mapping, product life cycle management, and selling services across the MEA regions. The chosen candidate will drive Site Walkdowns activities, ensure installed base retention, define winning strategies to displace competition, grow our part business, manage product upgrade, obsolescence and replacement programs.
The Business Development Manager – MRO & Life Cycle Services, Pressure Management, MEA role will be single contributor job, driving MRO & Life Cycle Services pivotal initiatives and customers engagement, in a matrix organization. In order to be successful in the role, the chosen candidate will have to work collaboratively with the outside sales team, strategic account managers, product managers, subject matter experts (SME), Life Cycle Service (LCS) team, Local Business Partners (LBPs) and Authorized Service Partners for solving customers’ challenges.
Job Responsibilities
Engage in budget discussion, planning & review meetings Drive the strategic program (SP) for the development Establish long-term parts and service agreement with key accounts. Map and manage the installed base of PRM products in MEA, develop site plan for Key Accounts and drive return on investment from the Installed base (IB) and new project investments Support initiative to serve customer through the parts distribution center (PDC) Develop local business partners (LBPs)and Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for developing local footprint and cover white space. Drive Price Realization initiatives using internal process and tools Address PRM business unit, Final control platform and Emerson reporting requirements Train, develop and engage with the regional sales team for MRO& LCS selling, driving strategic priorities & situational proficiency. Report and supervise all central initiatives and growth programs through CRM as a single point of truth. Promote use of internal data management tools Promote educational services and secure orders across all key accounts. Establishing a long-term contract for educational service will be strategic focus Enlist Emerson as an approved vendor for life cycle services with targeted customers and develop business strategies aligned with customer’s expectations (Vision Casting). Ensure Emerson Values and International Trade Compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required and assigned from time to time.Who you are?

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering through a full campus course (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc) Demonstrated ability selling experience with Oil & Gas and diverse industries. Must be proficient in English (Read, wright and communicate) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Power BiPreferred Qualifications
Post-Graduate in Business Administration (MBA) Knowledge of Industrial and Natural Gas Regulators, Pressure Relief Valves, and process industry Ability to speak French & Arabic will be an added advantage.Our offer to you!
