Description
To maintain and develop business by providing sales and application support in India & South East Asia (Singapore and Malaysia)
Role + Responsibilities:
To grow the business higher than market growth. Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop, and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability within customers. Actively promote and sell Endress + Hauser products, solutions, and services in the agreed geographical area-amongst India and South Asian countries or industry of responsibility. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers, arrange, and carry out technical / product training. Actively visit existing customers to promote the assigned product portfolio and services. Seek new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to new customers and industries. Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization. Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions, and services of designated Instrumentation. Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.Qualification + Profile:
• Adaptability to work in matrix organization.
• Detail oriented.
• High customer orientation and understanding of the industry.
• Good Communication skills.
• Hard working, versatile, and proactive and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 10+ years in sales and Marketing from Instrumentation Industry.
