Duties:

·Driving new business to achieve quarterly growth targets.

·Demonstrating return on investment through value led conversations.

·Researching, generating and nurturing leads, whilst building excellent customer relationships.

·Thinking creatively to source new opportunities.

·Understanding and networking within the wider commercial property market.

·Being well organised and having a clear understanding of the targets and tasks in front of you.

·Enjoying working as part of a team to achieve broader success.

Minimum skills required:

·Our BDM's need to have natural flair and strong commercial acumen built into their nature. You need to be a sales hunter, hungry for the next sale and thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture

·Resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality to sell into this market.

·Confidence and an Entrepreneural streak

·A desire to learn and be challenged

 Desirable skills:

·Knowledge of the commercial property market

·Knowledge of the commercial property valuation process

·Formalised value based sales training or live telephone selling skills

·Salesforce experience and wider sales reporting experience
