Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Meritt Island, Florida. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities, coordinating the implementation of sponsorship agreements, and developing sponsorship proposals. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66300 - $89500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or sales management required. Minimum of 3 years of previous related experience in partnership marketing or business development.  Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships.  Strong proposal writing, networking, and lead generation skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SmartSheet preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.  Shift Details
