**Key Responsibilities**
**What You’ll Do:**
You’ll be at the forefront of overseeing revenue-generating activities, cultivating new relationships, expanding existing relationships and closing deals within the restoration and reconstruction domain. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
As **Business Development Manager** for 24Restore, you will formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's mission.
+ **Client Relationship Management:**
+ Cultivate and strengthen client relationships in various disaster restoration verticals to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
+ Engage with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
+ Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the organization.
+ **Opportunity Management:**
+ Identify, evaluate, and pursue revenue-generating opportunities in the disaster restoration market.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to analyze potential deals, assess viability, and develop strategies for successful closure.
+ Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in disaster restoration.
+ **Sales Process Optimization:**
+ Streamline sales processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Work closely with product development and innovation teams to align offerings with market demands and revenue opportunities.
+ **Networking and Industry Associations:**
+ Attend networking events and industry associations in the disaster restoration sector to build and expand relationships.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship building, and revenue generation, specifically within the disaster restoration market. The ideal candidate will possess a high-energy, influential demeanor with the ability to sell service lines and close opportunities.
+ **Qualifications:**
+ Marketing/Business degree, related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, conducting B2B sales and business development activities across commercial markets
+ Proven sales experience and established relationships with the development of new and existing client base with key decision makers (ex: executive level personnel).
+ Preferred verticals – Multi-family, hospitality, Healthcare/ Senior Living Facilities, Class A Office Buildings etc.
+ Ability to travel 50% locally in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts
+ Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as business needs require
+ Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
+ Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies
