We have an outstanding career for opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Company located in the Nashville, TN surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:  Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts.Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities.Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions offered.Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, and associations.Construct and submit professional written proposals within established deadline.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Prior professional sales experience calling on commercial customers within the Electronic Security System market or related technologies.Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions.Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities.Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information.Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services.
