Job Responsibilities: + Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts. + Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process. + Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities. + Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions offered. + Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, and associations. + Construct and submit professional written proposals within established deadline. Basic Hiring Criteria: + Prior professional sales experience calling on commercial customers within the Electronic Security System market or related technologies. + Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions. + Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction. + Shows initiative, engages in proactive behavior, and looks for opportunities. + Very adaptable and responds effectively to changes in situation or information. + Strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer relation skills along with knowledge of products and services.
