Job Description

Are you looking for a great career opportunity? Onin Staffing, who specializes in providing Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Raleigh/Durham Area. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record in B2B sales, a strong desire to succeed and a willing to be a team player. Responsibilities include:

· Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships

· Preparing proposals bids and presentations

· Providing the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing by incorporating client needs into our practices

· Participating in networking events and organizations

· Utilizing CRM software daily to track sales calls



Work Experience

Work days Monday thru Friday. Compensation includes base salary + a lucrative commission (no cap on commission), benefits, expense account, paid holiday, Paid Time Off, car allowance and cell phone allowance.


· Sales experience with a proven successful track record

· Experience in outside face to face sales

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Proficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
