\n \n Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing expectations and developing business solutions for their organizations. The Business Development Manager will oversee creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. Some of their main duties include brainstorming with other business development staff to define the scope of the project, review requirements, and approve timeframes. They work well with other company managers to oversee the progress of business development.

Salary- $80k starting, with commission opportunities

\n

Territory Coverage- Orlando, Longwood, Cape Canaveral, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and surrounding areas.

\n

Travel- 75% minimum

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nIdentify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.\nActively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.\nAchieve revenue goals.\nMaintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

\n\nStrong background in Sales, preferably in HOA & Condos\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n5 -- 7 years of directly related or closely related experience\n3 -- 5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience\n\n
