What we’re seeking:
You will be charged with securing contracts with Frontier’s multifamily clients to expand the reach and penetration of our FiberOptic Internet services. You will target property owners, operators and developers to build and cultivate a pipeline of multifamily communities that range in size from individual several-hundred unit properties to large multi-site portfolios over 10,000 units in size. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Tampa, FL office to complete your work responsibilities.

You’re passionate about building lasting relationships and providing industry-leading solutions that delight customers. You’re an independent worker that leverages various consultative sales methods and challenges clients to understand the true value of a service offering.
What you’ll do:
Develop new business via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions to identify appropriate customers within the target marketsManage the entire consultative sales process from lead identification to contract execution; build and update strategic account plans for high-value portfolio clientsPartner effectively with internal and external legal support staff to negotiate contractual termsParticipate in local/regional industry events and forums to present Frontier’s services and solutions

What background you should have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years’ experience in business-to-business salesIntimate knowledge of the multifamily marketplace, and documented track record of success working with MDU Owners, Operators, and DevelopersKnowledge of fiber-based telecommunications servicesProven track record of winning share in a competitive environmentMust possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel up to 25%Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
