Come Join our sales team at NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics a member of the Select Medical family! We are seeking a goal-driven, high-energy sales professional for our MO/IL market covering the areas of Bridgeton, St Louis, Farmington, Cape Girardeau, and Poplar Bluff all in MO and Marion, IL!

Healthcare sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

 

The Business Development Manager must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position with occasional evening and/or weekend for community outreach events.

Business Development is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with referral sources. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume.

Responsibilities Identify and develop referral opportunities with our customers such as physicians, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers.  Educate physicians, healthcare providers and case managers about our specialty services.Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.Utilize sales technology as an essential strategy to set direction and improve results. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required.Excellent communications, relationship building and organizational skills a MUSTMust be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience Prior Health Care Sales experience Additional Data
