Business Development Manager

Position: National Business Development Manager

Role Summary
As the National BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, building critical partnerships, and setting a high standard in customer engagement. You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with channel and supplier partners, setting ambitious sales targets, and providing in-depth growth reports to shape our strategic direction. This role is essential to our long-term success, contributing insights and innovation toward our future growth initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

Education: Tertiary qualification Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Critical Power Industry A solid understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing Mastery in presentations and people management Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Your Experience

Proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs Over 5 years of experience in the Critical Power Industry, specifically in sales Success in hitting targets and fostering long-lasting customer relationships

Your Unique Qualities:

Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability with work hours

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, driving trust and loyalty Conduct impactful phone and in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations Strategically research and identify prospective customers to expand our client base Craft persuasive proposals and quotations that reflect our high standards and value Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to streamline sales efforts Analyse market potential, identifying high-value opportunities for growth Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities for new products and services

Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet state goals and KPIs Establish strong, lasting relationships with new customers and channel partners
