Job Family Definition:

Develop and/or deliver integrated end-customer, go-to-market programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions within the global business unit or region.

Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions. Examples: Integrity servers, digital photography ecosystem, security solutions, CarePacks. May be in global business unit or region, but must be focused on outbound (customer-facing) activities. Defines and/or manages execution of GTM marketing strategies and tactical plans. Develops/manages GTM program budgets. Aligns organizations/processes to achieve program goals. Develops and/or manages delivery of value propositions/messaging for assigned offerings. Develops and/or executes awareness/consideration/preference (ACP) and/or demand generation campaigns. Develops and/or executes upsell/cross-sell/attach efforts. May manage customer-facing aspects of offering launch, refresh and end-of-life (EOL) programs. May drive customer and partner development/relationships specific to GTM programs. Determines GTM program goals/benchmarks and tracks/analyses results using closed-loop analysis. Drives continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Develop and deliver integrated go-to-market (GTM) programs for various products, services, and solutions within our global business unit or region. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Delivery: Lead the creation and execution of GTM programs for products and servicesStrategy and Planning: Define and implement GTM marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive program success.Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Value Proposition and Messaging: Craft and deliver compelling value propositions and messaging for assigned offerings.Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to monitor progress towards target quotas and provide necessary support.Customer Engagement: Oversee customer-facing aspects of product launches, refreshes, and end-of-life (EOL) programs.Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with customers, partners, and governmental entities to ensure program alignment and compliance.Performance Tracking: Set program goals and KPIs, track project status, and analyse performance to provide regular updates and reports.C-Level Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for C-Level executives to communicate program status and strategic insights.Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in GTM efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: BA or BS in ICT or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in program management, marketing, sales, or related fields.Skills:

Strong understanding of program management principles and marketing tactics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior executives.

Ability to interface with governmental entities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Willingness to commute as required to meet with stakeholders and partners.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.Proven track record of managing budgets and aligning processes to strategic goals.Experience in tracking and reporting program metrics and performance.
