Director of Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager will be responsible assisting the Director of Business Development in the execution and implementation of the sales strategy, tracking the strategic growth, qualifying leads, developing a new business pipeline, and identifying merger and acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications:
4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, Business, or relative experience
Prefer experience in the renewable energy space
Prefer 1-3 years sales or sales support experience in the engineering, procurement or construction sectors supporting renewable energy, power or industrial capital projects
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work with multiple department leads
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and manage sensitive information
Communicates professionally, effectively, and timely (both oral and written)
Self-motivated to complete tasks with ability to adapt well to quickly changing priorities
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Experience in RFP writing and management a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross functional leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Help manage the overall sales strategy and create a pipeline of revenue
Help drive our key growth initiatives on target markets and service offerings
Provide strategic customer relationship oversight of new and existing customers
Be the key point of contact for the new targeted customers as decided and divided up by the Director of BD
Participate in relevant trade-shows and conferences
Help in finding RFP’s, manage response process, and coordinate related activities
Maintain working relationship with the proposal team
Drive the development of cost proposals and have oversite of the internal proposal and marketing teams
Partner with marketing team to drive awareness of business capabilities
Utilize market data to perform analysis to identify potential new clients, recognize market trends and identify new areas of sales growth
Enter and maintain data in Salesforce CRM on all leads, opportunities, and sales
Identify new business opportunities
Drive various service offerings within current and new customer bases.
Translate emerging technologies and regulatory requirements into new organizational initiatives.
Evaluate new strategies to pursue both short and long term objectives for the business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer onboarding and support.
Cultivating relationships with energy storage developers and generation owners
Evaluating, defining & executing business development strategies
Developing and executing outreach strategies with major market players, as well as prospective customers and strategic partners
