需求:Business Development Manager
一 职责:
1.客户获取与关系建立:
1.1 负责与潜在客户建立联系,进行有效沟通,并跟进以将他们转化为实际客户。
1.2 维护现有客户关系,确保客户满意度,并寻求进一步的合作机会。
2.需求收集与分析:
2.1 收集客户需求和反馈,分析市场趋势和竞争对手。
2.2 将客户需求和市场信息转化为具体的业务发展策略。
3.商业谈判与合同签订:
3.1 与客户进行商业谈判,以达成互利互惠的协议。
3.2 负责合同的起草、审查和签订,确保合同条款的准确性和合法性。
4.销售策略制定与执行:
4.1 根据市场需求和客户特点,制定有针对性的销售策略和促销计划。
4.2 监控销售进度,调整销售策略,以确保销售目标的达成。
二 职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,汽车工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先考虑。
2. 5年以上汽车行业或相关领域业务拓展经验,对自动驾驶、IVI及大模型技术有一定的了解。
3. 具备良好的市场分析和判断能力,能够敏锐地捕捉市场机会和客户需求。
4. 优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧,能够与不同层级的客户建立良好的合作关系。
5. 具备较强的团队合作精神和抗压能力,能够在高压环境下保持高效的工作状态。
6. 熟悉汽车行业相关政策和法规,具备相关领域的证书或资质优先考虑。
7. 优秀的英语听说读写能力,能够熟练地进行国际商务沟通和谈判。
