Onin Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to support the growth of a Smart Collaboration portfolio in partnership with Jabra. This role requires a strong sales background, a hunter mentality, and exceptional collaboration skills to drive opportunities and education across the US and Canada.
Pay rate: $55.78/hrShift: Monday to Friday (Time-zoned based with varied start/end times to support standard US business hours)Contract.Remote.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.What you'll do as a Business Development Manager:
Work with field partners and end-user customers to promote Jabra joint offerings.Educate and enable sales teams on joint solutions to drive growth.Support configuration discussions and provide tailored solutions.Conduct proactive follow-ups, deliver high-level demos, share product information, and ensure account support via voice, video, and in-person meetings.Participate in corporate initiatives such as forecasting, opportunity management, outbound calls, and weekly follow-ups with partners.Build and maintain collaborative relationships within Jabra and fostering executive alignment to achieve joint KPIs.Work Experience
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional inside or outside sales experience in the technology or IT industry.Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role.Ability to identify, penetrate, and transition opportunities effectively.Knowledge of IT industry practices and experience with computer-based programs.Strong presentation skills to showcase hardware portfolios.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work varied shifts based on time zones.Preferred Skills:
Experience with conferencing platforms and cloud-based solutions.Strong goal orientation and desire to achieve high-performance metrics.Articulate communicator with a proactive approach to building relationships.Benefits
