Whether our clients need executive human resource professionals or indispensable support staff, Fōcus is able to recruit for a wide range of roles.


The Account Executive will be charged with developing new clients for our Fōcus division and maintaining key metric benchmarks set up by your leader. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and motivated to drive growth through innovation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quantify how to take our product to marketMaintain a productive call-to-close ratioAct as your client's advocate, working with them through the entire process with a consultative approachDevelop, implement, and maintain effective & successful strategies for the company & self-financial growthFollow up on leads generated by marketing activitiesCollaborate with your recruiters to attract top talent and ensure client satisfaction
