Job Title: Business Development Manager II
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager II to join our dynamic Digital Enterprise Sales team. This role is designed to support and augment our existing resources and address cyclical business needs. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, with three days onsite at our Dallas/Las Colinas, Texas office and two days remote.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including account teams, solution teams, business groups, digital sales, and customer success units, to orchestrate processes, set expectations, and build trust.Drive leads and opportunities for co-sell-ready partners with internal teams and provide feedback on solution/practice map coverage or marketing campaigns.Manage partner co-selling for strategic solution partners to drive joint pipeline and partner consumption of our products.Develop pipelines with co-sellers, engage partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage.Leverage the voice of partners and customers through direct engagements to identify and alleviate key customer and partner success blockers.Maintain and stay up to date on sales compliance processes and drive sales with partners in accordance with compliance policies.Utilize tools like MSX Insights to work with reports, analyze data, and communicate insights to managers, sellers, and partners.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year experience with sales or partner sales.Minimum of 2 years experience with analytical proficiency, working with reports, and using MSX Insights.Minimum of 2 years experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required.Strong experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development.Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.Attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Work Environment

The work environment is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at our Dallas/Las Colinas, Texas office and two days remote. The team operates as a digital-first sales force, meaning interactions with customers are primarily virtual. Standard equipment, including a laptop, mouse, headset, and monitor, will be provided by the supplier.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
