You'll play a key role in boosting revenue for our MarTech portfolio. How? By spotting new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing important accounts.
Reporting to CMI's Head of Sales, you'll handle the entire sales process. This means:

Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets and sales goalsConnect with potential clients through a proactive outreach schedule, using various communication methodsCultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, uncovering new opportunities within accountsCreate and deliver customized proposals to clients, highlighting our event and digital solutions that align with their objectivesOversee a diverse portfolio of events and major accounts, focusing on sustainable growth and client satisfactionKeep abreast of market trends and share insights on emerging opportunities and challenges with product teamsAct as a brand ambassador at industry events, building client relationships and identifying new prospectsReporting and Analytics (10%)
Monitor and evaluate sales performance using Salesforce, ensuring precise account management and revenue trackingShare sales progress, pipeline activities, and key insights with leadership and cross-functional teamsOffer constructive feedback to enhance sales strategies and improve client offeringsSupport and Collaboration (10%)
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth delivery of client commitmentsWork closely with colleagues across departments to enhance client experiences and uncover additional opportunitiesEngage in ongoing learning through training sessions and industry events to stay current on trends and refine your sales expertiseMaintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM systemsQualificationsYou'll bring:
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in business development or account managementA track record of exceeding sales targets through strong networking and relationship-buildingExceptional organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlinesClear and persuasive communication, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to travel for client meetings and eventsNice to have:
