**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ You will do sales calls, technical customer presentations, participate in and present at marketing & industry events.
+ Develop relationships at key Channel Partners, Agents, Specifier and End User, accounts to help build ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationships that deliver mutually beneficial value.
+ Provide technical assistance and support to Agents, Channel Partners, and ISV Sales Organization
+ Technical Training presentations to end users through Industry Training Partners.
+ Working between the agents, sales organization, customers, SBU and the broader Emerson community, identify key market trends and opportunities from which to drive profitable growth.
+ Develop growth initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, SIOP), and work across the ISV business (Sales/ Ops / SBU) to gain alignment and the necessary support / investment to ensure initiatives have substance, are executable and can deliver profitable growth.
+ Champion BFP initiatives, support, and drive execution to ensure success.
+ Map technical proficiency BFP product plan across the Sales, Agent, and Channel Partner Teams
+ Develop and present technical training material.
+ Provide 1 on 1 development and / or joint calls with sales where required, to ensure development of technical proficiency.
+ Provide Product and Technical Training to Industry Associations and End Users.
+ Provide timely market & competitive intelligence feedback into ISV Sales Leadership, SBU and Operations organizations.
+ Champion and own new product launch / release for BFP in ANZ
+ Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and SBU leadership to ensure ANZ sales and customer needs are considered within BFP SBU
+ Collaborate with SBU & Operations to define (dynamically) the ideal inventory profile to support customer requirements, drive growth, increase ITO & RDSL yet avoids E&O wastage
**Who You Are:**
You identify and seize new opportunities, maintain a positive attitude despite adversity, and builds relationships across a variety of functions and locations.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ At least 10 years years of sales and technical experience in water industry valve applications, specifically Backflow Prevention Valves & associated Product Lines.
+ Strong technical and application knowledge of Water Industry Markets and Installations with understanding of buying partners and distribution networks.
+ Strong knowledge of AS/NZ Standards for production and installation of BFP Products
