BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities Business Development Manager: Horizon Health is seeking a Business Development Manager for our Outpatient San Diego clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness-Mission Valley. This position is responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the community. The Business Development Manager is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, as well as being responsible for the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, management of all sales and business development activities. Responsibilities: Insure intake and business development relationships and collaboration Develop and maintain accounts and referral source communication Spearhead digital marketing campaigns on various platforms Maintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivity Identify elements that drive ADV Review reports that impact marketing decisions Develop clinic strategy plan Develop process of identifying key accounts and market players Provide routine reports to Corporate Leadership based on data/ analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunities About Thousand Branches Wellness: Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. Prior marketing and/ or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. 1 year minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
