Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a national workforce solutions firm, is looking for a New Business Development Manager near Wake County, North Carolina to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing primarily on selling staffing services to mid to large-size Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics companies. You'll spend your day on the road, building new relationships, cultivating existing ones, responding to questions/concerns, and developing creative solutions to help your clients support their staffing needs.
Your Day:
Provide accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities.Identify and develop business opportunities with key target agents.Maintain up to date with all industry trends, issues and news.Attend industry trade and consumer events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings.Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to increase visibility, attract new business and achieve revenue targets.Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close.Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape and market conditions.Provide regular reporting on sales and business development progress to senior leadership.Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and client interactions.About You:
High School DiplomaSales and business development experience; 2+ yearsExcellent communication, verbal and written, follow up, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic, ability and interest in connecting with people, self-starter with ability to work independently.Pay Rate:
$60k to $65k /per yr
