Business Development Manager, S&RC TW

Your role:
 

Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and servicesDevelops and executes territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation (MOR, Most Often Recommended), to meet and exceed direct sales targets.Achieving established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.Ensure orders are collected and Turnover targets are reachedCommercially co-responsible for developing business partnership with customers, focusing on developing consultative sales partnerships with the customersMonitor customer stock situation, effectively manage “out of stock” situations, and monitors customer overdoesAlign the GTM approach across the Categories or Businesses with the marketing prioritiesResponsible for identifying competitive moves in collaboration with the market BM&S and supported by Insights and Analytics

       Your team:

You will report to Sales leader, S&RC GC. You will work closely with marketing, product sales, technical support, etc. You will be based in Taipei.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare industry experienceExperience with different sales techniques and pipeline managementExperience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutionsStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsComputer use competency
