What is the role about?
The Non-Blue Digital Sales Channel business unit, based in Reinach, Switzerland, expanded to Greenwood, IN in 2024. This group focuses on targeting niche applications beyond our core industries, allowing us to support a diverse end user group outside of our core customer base. Through digitalization and technology, our aim is to launch the Non-Blue Digital Sales Platform, enabling new customers to discover and purchase Endress+Hauser products through multi-branded online distributors.
Which tasks will you perform?
Identify and pursue new potential sales channels worldwide. Manage, curate and pursue the lead funnel provided by business analytics tools and resources. Collaborate with the Head of Business Unit and Business Analysts and Operations Manager to negotiate contracts and kickstart partnerships with sales channels. Establish and develop a long-term business relationship with target partners, following the Business Unit strategy. Formulate and implement the Partner Success Program that maximizes the value generated by Digital Sales Channels worldwide. Actively participate in the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content for the Endress+Hauser portfolio and products, such as online product content (text, photo, video), promotion material, newsletters, training webinars, etc. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Electronics and/or Automation Distribution; knowledge of the Endress+Hauser portfolio is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain the benefits and features of the product or service to potential customers.You may have (preferred):
Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Business acumen and market awareness to identify new opportunities and trends. Experience in strategic account management in international contexts. Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
