**What you’ll do:**
Responsible for business development activities in region for Bussmann (& Switch Disconnect) Products. Business development responsibility includes:
+ Market knowledge including competitor's commercial and technical competence,
+ customer knowledge and requirements,
+ market and customer mapping
+ full knowledge of Eaton product under responsibility
+ support sales teams leveraging expertise and knowledge of the product portfolio under resposibility for securing synergy with the full Eaton portfolio
+ defining strategy and segments approach according to the Eaton GoToMarket and country plans
+ be the link between business unit and sales organisation for product requirements, development, production and stock planning
+ be the specialist and technical support for customers including training and seminars, product launch activity, new product introduction.
+ Build a solid sales and marketing plan for the single contries for overachieving targets
Responsible for selling activity of Bussmann (& Switch Disconnect) products in region and assigned countries. Responsibility to meet country/region profit plan targets. Direct selling responsibility includes:
+ Pipeline management, demand management, contracts and RFQs and pricing strategy.
+ might be responsible and sales owner for major accounts in the country/region
+ defining country tactics and actions together with local FPM and marketing for securing proper communication plans and customer infromation
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree, ideally Electrical Engineering; or equivalent in proved working experience.
+ 5-6 years in a similar position in sales/product marketing
**Skills:**
+ Experience with Power conversion supplies, power supply, Low Voltage & High Voltage systems.
+ Knowledge of Local market (customer and competitor)
+ IT Skills: SAP, CRM tools
+ Fluent in German and English
