Business Development Manager Germany (m/f/d) - Power Switching & Protection

Business development responsibility includes: + Market knowledge including competitor's commercial and technical competence, + customer knowledge and requirements, + market and customer mapping + full knowledge of Eaton product under responsibility + support sales teams leveraging expertise and knowledge of the product portfolio under resposibility for securing synergy with the full Eaton portfolio + defining strategy and segments approach according to the Eaton GoToMarket and country plans + be the link between business unit and sales organisation for product requirements, development, production and stock planning + be the specialist and technical support for customers including training and seminars, product launch activity, new product introduction. + Build a solid sales and marketing plan for the single contries for overachieving targets Responsible for selling activity of Bussmann (& Switch Disconnect) products in region and assigned countries. Responsibility to meet country/region profit plan targets.
