Business Development Manager - High Performance Flooring

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS    

This position is accountable for developing MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) projects and manage a profile of large End User/Land Asset owner accounts to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division.  This position is accountable for sourcing and developing relationships with high-value existing and potential Protective end user customers that ultimately leads to increased sales, margin, market share and profit growth throughout the Protective business segment. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage customer relationships, procurement, and coordinate pricing across the UK & Ireland region. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make Sherwin-Williams the supplier of choice of large national organizations for their project needs in their respective locations. 

Will report into the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, and work alongside the Area Sales Managers and Regional Project Development Managers to ensure that multiple customer locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The MRO Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, technical marketing, and work with preferred contractors to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. Will work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs.

Will manage Land Asset/End User accounts. Develop relationships with key decision makers in order to make Sherwin Williams their number one choice for Protective Coatings in the Energy sector.
