Department Intro：Sustainability for Siemens SI B is a combination of our core offering to customers – focused on decarbonization & energy efficiency, resource efficiency and people centricity – and the implementation of the Siemens DEGREE framework. While on one hand, we aim to provide our customers with products and solutions that make their buildings more sustainable, on the other hand, we want to ensure that our own value chain operates sustainably - from product design and procurement to manufacturing and logistics.

Support LCB’s sustainability Head and execute SI B CN sustainability business to achieve P&L requirement. Support strategic and commercial implementation in entrepreneurial decisions in the LCB. Implement guidelines, functional specific policies, processes, or methods to ensure compliance to global & local strategy and go-to-market with full sustainability portfolio. Responsible for sales enablement and sales support of sustainable business mix to achieve sustainable financial objectives and processes. Develop and optimize go-to-market approach in alignment with LCB’s sustainability Head to successfully ensure business target achievement. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing delivery of projects & services, collaborating with operational units, adherence to quality standards, timelines and budgetary requirements. Support and deliver transparency for portfolio management and Channel Management.

Your defining qualities:

Having successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in HVAC or Electric or a comparable background. Relevant Master’s degree is a plus Bringing min. 3 years’ or above experience in HVAC or Renewable or Energy saving business, with digital or software background is a plus Good skill of presentation in Chinese and English, with sales or BD experience is a plus Having strong English communication skills, with experience of communicating with HQ is a plus Interested in working in an intercultural environment, which you have experienced in your daily work Having interests of developing Energy and Sustainability business with strong intrapreneurship
