All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **YOUR ROLE** + Develop and implement omnichannel retail strategies to expand market share and drive revenue across brick-and-mortar and digital channels, while identifying new business opportunities. + Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, including large chains and e-commerce platforms, leading joint business planning to align on growth opportunities, promotions, and product launches. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to optimize product listings, enhance digital shelf presence, and create impactful in-store and online marketing campaigns. + Drive e-commerce growth through performance analysis, recommending strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experiences across marketplaces and brand websites. + Utilize data analytics to monitor retail performance, identify trends and consumer behaviors, and provide insights on sales performance, ROI, and key retail KPIs. + Ensure alignment between physical retail operations and digital strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience. **YOUR SKILLS** + 7+ years of experience within the CPG space, eCommerce Manager, Account Management or Shopper Marketing + Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) + Proficient with commerce technology platforms such as PacVue + Ability to work and influence cross functional stakeholders to drive KPIs and strategies. + Manage crisis handling, identify key players, forecast, understand the buying/selling process, and question The salary for this role is $150,000-$175000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
