The Business Development Manager position is full time. It requires travel to various locations throughout New Jersey and Staten Island. The Manager will perform tours to introduce the Sola concept to prospective Sola Professionals; rapidly placing qualified Sola Professionals in Sola properties. While on location, the manager will also assist in operations tasks such as facilities management and client relations.

 

Your work schedule will vary based on needs. It will require working evening hours, and weekends, on occasion. Opportunity for growth as Sola expands.

Responsibilities LicensingStage empty studiosTours of the locationsFollowing up on leadsAssist in and/or conduct licensing meetingsAssist in and/or conduct orientation for new Sola ProfessionalsFacilities Management: While on location The Manager will:Ensure appearance of locations are in good standardInspect locations to ensure everything is in working orderMeet with technicians and service providers when necessaryWork with the team to ensure that each location is visited at minimum once per weekClient RelationsProvide excellent customer serviceEstablish good professional relationships with all Sola ProfessionalsField client complaints and questions to bring to Operations Manager Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible schedule with the ability to respond to issues quicklyProactive and self-motivated work styleExperience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferredKnowledge of the beauty industry is a plusAbility to do light maintenance and “handyman” work is also a plus
