Northrop Grumman's Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO) is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to support the enterprise’s international growth objectives. Located at the Corporate headquarters in Falls Church, VA, this position will be part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for business development operations in support of Northrop Grumman’s international business portfolio and will report to senior manager.
The manager will be responsible for supporting wide-ranging global enterprise business development initiatives for the Corporate Regional Vice Presidents and Country Executives.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Consolidate and Prepare Enterprise Reviews
Lead and manage consolidation of regional reviews/ presentations
Produce and integrate materials to address data requests, reviews, and reporting across a variety of initiatives
Manage the development, tracking, reporting, and forecasting of business development operational goals and activities
Support business operations in international offices as needed
Coordinate Leadership meetings
Establish and strategically review the operating rhythm for the VPs
Establish agenda and coordinate preparation for leadership team meetings, events, and other key leadership meetings
Support the VPs in major meetings and events, reviewing the agenda and the pre- and post-interactions to ensure successful outcomes
Anticipate and manage the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events
Support preparation for and coordination of annual conferences with leadership
Partner with Communications and sector stakeholders to ensure the VPs are prepared for all speaking engagements and customer meetings (both internal and external)
Support the VPs in cultivation of relationships with sectors
Sector/ Site visits
Plan and coordinate site visits for VPs both domestically and internationally
Plan and coordinate site visits for Country Executives domestically
Implementation of Strategic Initiatives
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and tasks initiated by the VPs by working with cross-functional teams and business leaders across the organization
Lead/ Support internal special projects as requested to include activities such as:
Developing and monitoring objectives
Facilitating broader communication across key stakeholders as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience equivalent OR Master’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience equivalent
Proven ability to create, compose and edit written materials, and to consolidate data from multiple sources into concise executive caliber summaries
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analytics, including identification, collection, processing and analyzing large volumes of data
Proven ability to produce high quality work for executive audiences
Ability to work requisite hours to support executive deadline in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, ability to operate independently, dynamically manage priorities, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary, highly collaborative team environment
High degree of organizational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Full Knowledge of industry and Northrop Grumman practices and processes
Experience with SalesForce
Experience in international business
Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
