Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role:
Responsible for implementing meet and greet business development plans. Responsible for developing promotion plans, increase sales of meet and assist services. Responsible for developing and implementing loyalty program for meet and assist services. Responsible for tracking key developments in travel market and proactively network with prospective clients who need our services. Ensure strong relationships with travel and tourism authorities and existing customer base. Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the database including passenger feedback, traffic movements, key developments in travel market and Policy matters, and generates reports and action plans for increasing meet and greet business at CSIA. Work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to generate new leads/prospects.Educational Qualification:
MBA (Sales & Marketing ) or BBA (Marketing ) is preferred
Experience:
Essential: 10-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales, and business development in the service industry
Preferred : Experience working in airlines or the hospitality industry
