Job DescriptionContact customer to sales promote the plant manufacturing service to win the new business.Responsible the new product RFQ. Push the cost optimization of the products within target during RFQ.Identify new business opportunities and assist to develop marketing strategies. Project leader for the management of transfer and launch products in the manufacturing plant. Factory contact person and liaison to business unit, global R&D. Cooperation with vary departments for the product launch, industrialization process and important quality issues.Review and work on the cost optimization of the products.Reporting and monitoring of the project status. Conduct the product sample run and release to serial production.

QualificationsAt least 5 years’ experience in business development, sales and marketing in manufacturing site, international company, electrical factory is preferred;Have experience in project management between development groups and factory for product launchesExperience in deal with global acting companiesSales and marketing management in manufacturing field. Knowledge in manufacturing process and operation.Have project management & quality mind set and can work under pressure, have Flexible & Fast & Lean mind set for daily work.Capable to read technical drawing & documents.With strong communication ability and team leading skills.Knowledge in electronic products, ESD preferred.Aggressive and pro-active, strong individual initiative, self-motivated.
