Job Summary:   

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability within the Aerospace and Defense vertical for the U.S. region. This position is responsible for outbound prospecting, lead management (generation and qualification), pipeline building, market research, and supporting campaign efforts. By identifying and delivering qualified prospects to Account Managers, the BDR will have a direct impact on opportunity creation and overall sales success. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to uncover new selling opportunities within key targeted accounts, contributing to the company’s growth objectives. 

 

What You Will Do: 

·    Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop and implement long term prospecting strategies targeting key clients. 

·    Manage a portfolio of multiple campaigns, ensuring consistent engagement and results, while demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking in developing campaign messages, structures, and execution plans.

·    Conduct daily sales calls to identify opportunities and schedule meetings with key executives for Account Managers. 

·    Execute daily outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. 

·    Maintain persistence and follow-up consistently using various mediums to nurture leads. 

 

What You Will Need: 

·    1-2+ years of Business Development experience. 

·    Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent). 

·    Strong organizational skills and experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn and Outreach (preferred) 

·    Confidence on the phone and through email with a creative, smart and ambitious mindset. 

·    Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 

·    Comfortable working to targets and achieving KPIs set by management. 

·    A strong desire and passion to work in sales.
