Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Development Representative is a hunter role focused on lead generation, proposal building, selling the MultiPro services at desired margins, client onboarding, CRM management, and one-time sales for an assigned geography. Acting as the client advocate, this role will work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied by each department to improve the overall client experience. The Business Development Representative will secure new activations and sell new services categories to existing customers to grow the overall revenue of the branch.
Location: Phoenix, AZ Metro Area
Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,000 base + uncapped commission
Schedule: You are expected to allocate your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.
Auto allowance: As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
Grow revenue in assigned market and geography by both securing new clients via cold calling, cross selling with other Valet Living entities, pursuing referrals, and analyzing available market data, as well as growing share-of-wallet revenue within existing accountsActively engage with clients to evaluate the communities needs for repair and maintenance workFoster strong client relationship based on MultiPro’s value propositions, trust and respectCollaborate with our internal departments to ensure we are exceeding the customers’ expectationsManage and resolve any client issues or complaintsIdentify solutions and improved processes across departments to ensure a positive client relationshipDevelop proposals, prepare project bids, and coordinate the successful handoff of new work to the field service teamSupport the adoption of Annual Price AgreementsPromote and educate property staff on new service offerings and capabilities for MultiPro and Valet LivingWork with operations team to ensure agreement on job scope and service protocols in new community launchesApply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results and ensure maximum quality of serviceApply effective problem-solving skills to resolve client complaints or needsRepresent our organization at industry-related trade shows and exhibitsAct in accordance with organizational and quality standardsOrganize work and determine resources and requirementsDrive to communities within the assigned geography, up to 75% of the work weekPerform other duties, as assignedQualifications:
