This position offers a comprehensive training program including a dedicated onboarding playbook and continuous knowledge transfer.

What success in this role looks like:

BDRs are expected to meet specific activity metrics related to calls, emails, and social touches, as well as outcome metrics related to lead qualification and meeting scheduling.  Regular performance reviews will be conducted to track progress and identify areas for improvement.  Specific metrics include a combination of phone, email, and social media activity, leading to a targeted number of demo calls scheduled per day/week.

Training & Development:

Comprehensive training will be provided, including a dedicated playbook and ongoing mentorship.  You will also have access to internal resources for continuous knowledge development.  A structured training program with working sessions, pitch development, and practical application with sales team feedback is included in onboarding.
