We Need You if You Have: + At least 6 months of proven sales experience (including cold calls), preferably in the senior space. + Strong communication and public speaking skills. Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions. + Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + A drive to connect, build, and nurture relationships. + A compassionate approach and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community. + Must be able to provide own transportation to sales calls. What will the Role Entail: + Cold calling Referral partners and setting up Consultations. + Working with the lead BDR on creating a strategy for tracking and closing opportunities. + Identify and develop new business opportunities. + Willingness to attend networking events confidently promote our services.
