You will be responsible for: + Engaging and following up with prospective clients + Qualifying and handing off incoming leads + Coordinating meetings with prospects + Managing SEO/SEM and content marketing + Executing social media and email campaigns In this job, you will: + Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile. + Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media messages. Craft compelling messaging tailored to each prospect to create interest and engage in meaningful conversations. + Source new leads and opportunities through inbound and outbound marketing strategies. + Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. + Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. Continuously update lead status and progress in the sales pipeline to provide visibility into performance metrics. + Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. + Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to optimize lead generation efforts and align messaging with overall marketing campaigns. + Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and ROI. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business, or related field. + 1-3 years of experience in Business Development. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Tech and Hardware experience is preferred but not required. + Must be located in the US, willing to work aligned with the PST timezone.
