Our established client base is highly satisfied with our services, shows indications of follow on business opportunities, and in almost every case represents a major growth opportunity for our company Responsibilities: This position will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing the life sciences pipeline through research, outreach, and ongoing sales strategy. Expect to focus on warm, targeted outreach with known, researched pipelines.  Success of this role will come from following our relationship building sales process and will be measured by pipeline size, velocity and output via bookings. Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative role include but are not limited to:  + Build and sustain pipeline, research relevant clinical trials for future prospecting. + Create and manage outreach to build awareness within the CRO and biopharma community to create inbound and warm leads. + Work with VP of Life Sciences to expedite the sales process including; sales activity follow-up, maintain sales systems, working on SOW’s and RFP's. + Use industry experience and/or sales skills to engage with prospects to investigate trial specifics to inform SOW, pricing and operational practices. + Coordinate and manage sales meetings, communications, and events. + Assist in crafting clinical trial specific proposals, contracts, documents, and competitive pricing summaries. + Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure technical requirements, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards adherence for clinical trials.  + Input and manage sales data in tech systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft), maintaining accuracy and compliance. Maintain tailored dashboards and visualizations for sales data. + Monitor specific clinical trial sales key performance indicators (KPIs). + Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. + Propose and implement process improvements and refine the lead and marketing database as required.   Qualifications: + Proven experience in life sciences in sales, support, project management, or related roles. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing complex sales processes and data. + Proficient in analysis with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Familiarity with clinical trial regulations, processes, and industry trends. + Effective problem-solving and decision-making. + Independent and collaborative work capabilities in cross-functional teams. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and relevant tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc. + Preferred Qualifications: + Understanding of clinical trial sales procedures. + Sales operations experience in clinical trials, ideally in a CRO, sponsor, or site setting. + Skill in interpreting clinical trial data and market insights. + Proficiency in any clinical trial-focused technology systems related to operations or sales.     At 2020 On-site, we see differently.
