Business Development Representative
**The Company** Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty. **The Position** We’re looking to add a Bi-lingual **Business Development Representative** to join Teletrac Navman! This role will be the first point of contact for our sales prospects, develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and create qualified prospects for the sales teams. Must clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits. + Create a great first impression on our prospects by providing them with a world-class experience + Nurture warm prospects who are not yet ready to purchase by maintaining the relationship through email and phone conversations and assessing the prospect’s pain points and drivers for the purchase decision + Approach companies that could benefit from Teletrac Navman solutions using outbound calling techniques + Set sales discovery meetings for our team of telematics experts + Utilise sales and marketing software platforms like Salesforce, and SalesLoft to maximize effectiveness + Partner with experienced Account Executives to increase their sales pipeline + Continually increase your product knowledge by working closely with our Training Specialist and Product Development teams + Develop and execute prospect-specific engagement plans so Teletrac Navman is front of mind through the prospect’s buying cycle + Engage with prospects as part of follow-up on marketing campaigns + Maintain an appropriate level of daily, weekly, and monthly activity to develop business demand to help achieve aggressive monthly goals and targets + Other duties/projects as required **Qualifications** At Teletrac Navman, we believe in your potential to make an impact. We are looking for people who: + 2+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric role + Hungry! Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations + Must have good cold-calling skills and techniques, in English and Spanish + Demonstrate strong communication skills over the phone and when using video conferencing tools. + Ability to really listen to a prospect and their day-to-day challenges; identify the key needs of a prospect and translate those needs into possible solution sets; and build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone and via email + Develop expert-level competency in the Teletrac Navman solutions + Experience working with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft a plus + Must be a high-energy, self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment Teletrac Navman’s goal is to empower the industries that transform and sustain our futures with simple and intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their operation.
