Monday-Friday
8am-5pm (some weekends, evenings required)
$70,000-$80,000/salaried
Area of coverage: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens

Identifies new targets through a host of consultative sales techniques including cold calling, building rapport, referrals, and networking.Participates as member of the business development department in strategy and tactical executionPhones and e-mails prospective home health agencies and hospital’s C-Suites effectively and efficientlyCultivates qualified and quantifiable targets from inception to LOI.Tracks all outbound activities in real-time.Grows a pipeline in order to meet quarterly targets as directed by supervising manager.Leads generation and qualification through cold calls and inbound leads.Coordinates across functional teams - to include Business Development, Sales, and Others to qualify targets.Reports status of outbound efforts and projecting timelines to business development.Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.What is Required?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field3+ years of relevant sales experience in a customer facing roleRecent business development experience (e.g., daily cold calling, lead generation, etc.)Previous experience within healthcare, home health and/or hospice is preferredProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Previous experience with CRM toolsYou will report to the Business Development Manager.
