Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Rep., you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients who need staffing and recruiting solutions. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through effective workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, cold knocking, social media networking, and research. Sales Presentation: Present staffing services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of working with System One. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through placement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in direct sales, or a closely related field; Outside sales, and staffing internships a plus. Skills: Demonstrated professionalism and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Highly motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a target driven environment Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable communicating with all levels of employees, including executives Networking mindset. Enjoys and skilled at meeting and connecting with new people Willing and comfortable selling to new contacts Basic understanding of sales and negotiation techniques
