About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for prospecting and scheduling meetings that turn into opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in a BDR/SDR function within Healthcare, including using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce), a prospecting tool (e.g. Outreach.io), an ABM platform (6Sense), marketing tool (e.g. Highspot), the Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with how health systems operate, strong customer service skills, and using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and solve problems quickly and efficiently. They work well with various personalities because they know we are all working towards the same goal. They enjoy doing research on prospects and finding the nuances that our competitors would likely overlook. Finally, this individual is ambitious and looks towards having a strong future in sales, as they will have an amazing opportunity for guidance and mentorship. What you will accomplish Work directly with the largest employer opportunities in Hinge Health’s pipeline, supporting Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs) Educate our prospective clients on the value of Hinge Health through personalized emails, phone calls and other targeted outreach Conduct client and industry-specific research leveraging LinkedIn, prospect websites, AI chat tools, SEC filings, etc. Basic Qualifications Sales, sales support, SDR/BDR experience: must have understanding of B2B sales process and techniques Analytical (Data-driven): Conduct research to identify prospect needs, company initiatives, and key decision makers Coachability: Willingness to learn new strategies and always curious to learn ways of improving self and the team. Project management: Support multiple RVPs at once and recommend prioritization, timelines & processes to ensure all success criteria are met Creativity: Eager to personalize messaging and take the effort to understand the nuances between our lines of businesses and our prospects in non standard approaches Ability to pivot: Rapidly change strategies and tactics in order to accommodate the business or prospect’s needs Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits.
