This position requires the applicant to live in the Seattle/Tacoma area. 

Position Summary

The Business Development Representative is responsible for providing business-to-business (B2B) outside/inside sales and service focused on growing MultiCare’s customer loyalty with employers and other commercial stakeholders in the occupational medicine market. The incumbent collaborates with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and to manage growth projects for the business.

Responsibilities:

Develops a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfactionIdentifies and researches potential clientsArranges business meetings with prospective clients and partners to meet organizational goalsPromotes the company’s products/servicesRuns and analyzes data to help make strategic growth decisions, and manage large complex accountsManages assigned projects; plans, organizes and monitors’ progress; sets priorities and achieves successful outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or a related fieldCurrent US issued driver’s license, vehicle insurance and safe driving recordA working automobile suitable for driving on business to represent MultiCareTwo (2) years of experience in healthcare, preferably occupational medicineTwo (2) years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B commercial/industrial

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,970.00 - $102,128.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
