Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential new financing clients, engage with them through various communication channels, and create credit applications for the account management team. Bachelors degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing, or a related field considered an asset.Past sales, telemarketing, or outbound call experience an asset.Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships.Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a Team.Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish.Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in various industries that may benefit from equipment financing solutionsOutbound Outreach: Conduct warm outbound calls, send emails, and utilize other methods of communication to connect with prospects and introduce our servicesQualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their eligibility, and qualify them for the account management teamCollaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of completed credit applications and provide necessary context for effective follow-upCRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems to track progress and resultsMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value propositionPerformance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outbound calls, call conversions, and credit applications created
