Job Description: Business Development Representative – Home Care Agency
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive for our Home Care Agency will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, maintaining relationships with referral sources, and promoting our range of home care services. This position offers a performance-based compensation structure, rewarding motivated individuals who achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Build relationships with potential clients, family members, and decision-makers to promote agency services.Referral Development:
Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations. Attend networking events, health fairs, and outreach programs to increase agency visibility.Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and improve results.Marketing and Outreach:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Deliver presentations about the agency's services to community groups, businesses, and referral sources.Client Support:
Guide potential clients through the intake process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client and referral interactions in the agency’s CRM system. Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and agency policies.Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the home care industry, local market, and referral networks is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.Key Competencies:
