Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) - JLL Asset Beacon
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR), to primarily focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, outreach, and qualification efforts.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential target customers in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry
Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, networking) to generate leads
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and interest in our asset management software
Conduct effective prospecting and outreach utilizing strong communication skills
Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our asset management software
Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals using the most effective sales tactics and tools
Continuously update and manage sales pipelines to effectively track and prioritize opportunities
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, and competitors' offerings
Continuously enhance product knowledge and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of asset management software
Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a BDR or similar sales development role, preferably with SaaS or technology products
Hungry, self-motivated and strong desired to succeed in sales
Interested in the intersection of commercial real estate and technology
Comfortable with cold-calling, over-coming rejection, and challenges
Ability to hit and exceed monthly meeting sales targets
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak with C-suites at an early stage and ask intelligent questions
Organized and possess strong time management skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and build lasting relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom Info, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is desirable
Willingness to travel as required
Successful to candidates will have a career path towards an Account Executive
Estimated total compensation for this position:
60.00 – 97.50 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
