Naylor Associations Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel growth by generating new business opportunities for Naylor Exchange Events. The right candidate will assist sales and buyer recruitment for lead generation and qualifying leads, managing pipelines, improving processes, handling appointment setting and scheduling for events, and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position plays a critical role in fostering relationships and qualifying opportunities for our sales and buyer recruitment team.
Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within construction markets. Outreach: Execute cold calls, emails, follow up, and post-contract assistance as well as social media outreach to engage prospects.Qualify Leads: Understand the customer, their needs, challenges, and goals to determine fit.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and ensure that leads and accounts are being captured, categorized, and properly tiered. Implement integrated sales campaigns through Salesforce by event for sales and buyer recruitment.Collaboration: Partner with the sales team and buyer recruitment to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Strategy and Planning: Meet with sales and buyer recruitment on a regular basis to determine what needs to be adjusted to reach goals.Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales team and buyer recruitment about customer pain points and market trends.Administrative: Oversee the implementation of all supporting materials for events, including follow-up documents and travel information for all event participants as needed. Send final contracts to clients and handle appointment scheduling for all meetings.Overall: Work with events team to identify and introduce innovations that enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency. Qualifications Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring ability to prioritize tasks.Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and ZoomAttention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with event planning processesProactive and need little supervision.Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field preferredSome travel required.We Offer:
