Leading Specialized Manufacturer Is Expanding Their Sales Team!! Business Development Rep Needed! $22/hr Starting Wage Full Benefits Offered Job Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, and will be comfortable making frequent outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities. This role involves supporting sales and marketing for North and South America, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, setting up meetings, and maintaining our CRM database. Responsibilities + Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling to our large qualified database of sales contacts and from inbound calls and enquiries. + Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate District Managers for further development. + Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. + Research new potential vertical markets and identify and research contact details for key personnel. + Learn to promote and create interest in products and services to new and existing customers. + Maintain accurate and current information in the Infor CRM database. + Assist in tracking leads generated by marketing activities and produce lead generation reports by project and on a monthly basis. + Conduct post-sale follow-up through web-based satisfaction surveys. + Assist in other marketing activities, including trade show preparation. + Fulfill literature requests and manage literature inventory. We are known for our culture of innovation, quality, and ergonomic design. This position is based in the office with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. You will be the only Inside Sales Representative but will collaborate with 11 outside sales representatives across the country, as well as with the local Sales Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator. This role does not offer work-from-home options. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
