Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team located in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in identifying potential buyers nationwide using CRM tools, such as Salesforce. You will also be tasked with implementing outbound calling strategies, including cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced tech startup environment. Responsibilities: • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to identify and qualify potential buyers across the country. • Implement an effective outbound calling strategy, which includes making over 80 cold calls per day. • Consistently follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. • Manage a healthy sales pipeline, striking a balance between acquiring new leads and nurturing existing ones. • Work in a collaborative office environment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, designed to boost your success. • Accelerate connections using tools like Dialpad power dialer. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar. • Expertise in business development strategies and techniques. • Proven ability to generate quality leads and convert them into sales. • Experience in cold calling to engage potential clients and foster business relationships. • Demonstrated ability in managing and growing a sales pipeline. • Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform for business operations. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a desirable attribute. • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
